Reem al-Ghamdi

Reem Al-Ghamdi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce analytics and research. Currently serving as the Director of Sectoral Workforce Analysis at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia since May 2022, Reem also leads the ShareK Social Initiative as Founder & President, focusing on enhancing the alignment of educational outcomes with job market requirements by equipping students with essential soft skills. Prior to these roles, Reem worked at Aramco as a Workforce Analyst and Business System Analyst, and held positions at Rawabi Holding Group as Corporate Social Responsibility Officer and Accenture as an IT System Analyst Intern. Reem graduated as a Graduate Honor Student in Management Information Systems from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in 2017.
