Dawn Keller has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the software development and quality assurance fields. Dawn has worked at Minitab since 2003, starting as an Advisory Quality Engineer/Analyst and progressing to become the Manager of Quality Assurance. In this role, Dawn was responsible for designing and executing test strategies, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring the software development processes met quality standards. Dawn then became the Director of Global Operations, where they focused on tactical and financial planning for all projects across the organization. Dawn'sresponsibilities included reducing operating costs, increasing development results, and optimizing processes. Currently, Dawn holds the position of Vice President of Software Development at Minitab as part of the Executive Management Team. In this role, they drive strategic, tactical, and financial planning for the software development organization, overseeing various departments and promoting a culture of innovation and quality. Prior to Minitab, Dawn worked as a Senior Software Project Manager at Siemens, managing project activities and optimizing the software development process. Dawn also has previous experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Strategic Management Group and as a Quality Manager at New Pig.

Dawn Keller obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Dawn later pursued further education in Finance and Strategic Marketing at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing an Executive Education program from 2015 to 2016.
