Scott Williams

Scott Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Scott is currently serving as the Sr Director of Global Customer Success at Minitab, where they are responsible for developing and executing the Customer Success strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Assurance Software Inc. as the Vice President of Customer Success, overseeing the Customer Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams. Scott also held the position of Director of Professional Services at the same company, leading the strategic vision for new services and managing partnerships with technology organizations.

Before joining Assurance Software Inc., Scott worked at Sungard Availability Services as the Director of Professional Services. In this role, they directed the strategic vision for new services and was involved in sales training and personnel management. Scott also served as the Manager of Professional Services, overseeing daily operations and collaborating with various departments for customer success.
