Ben Spence

Ben Spence is an experienced geologist with a comprehensive background in exploration. Currently serving as Exploration Superintendent at Minjar Gold Pty Ltd since September 2022, Ben has previously held senior exploration roles at Aeris Resources Limited and Evolution Mining, where significant contributions included managing exploration projects in various locations. Ben's career commenced with positions as a field assistant and exploration geologist, gradually advancing through various responsibilities at notable companies such as Newcrest Mining and Morobe Mining Joint Ventures. Ben holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology from RMIT University and has specialized in structurally controlled mineralization and diverse geological environments throughout the career.
