Grace Deck

Grace Deck is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user interface and user experience design across various industries. Currently serving as a Continuing Education Instructor at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Grace develops and teaches UI course material for adult learners. In concurrent roles at UnitedHealth Group as Principal User Interface Designer for uhc.com and Principal User Experience Designer for Naviguard, Grace applies expertise in design systems and user-centered design. Previous positions include Product Designer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Lead User Experience Designer and Senior User Experience Designer at Thomson Reuters, and User Interface Designer at HealthPartners. Grace's career began as a Web Designer at Trebuchet Communications, followed by roles at Sigma Beauty and 3M, demonstrating a strong foundation in web and interactive design. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Graphic and Web Design from Minneapolis College of Art and Design, as well as a BA in Individualized Degree in Graphic Design & Fine Arts from Metro State University.
