Veronica Harper

Veronica Harper, MHRM, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Veronica is currently the Director of Human Resources Operations at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Case Specialist at U.S. Bank from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2020, Veronica served as an HR Generalist at Planned Parenthood North Central States, where they handled various responsibilities including payroll processing, employee feedback management, and training coordination. Before that, they were an HR Generalist at Sodexo in 2017, where they focused on employee onboarding, HR procedures, and dispute resolution. Veronica started their HR career as an HR Assistant at Sidley Austin LLP from 2015 to 2017, and prior to that, they worked as a Payroll Administrator/Office Assistant at Chicago Public Schools from 2013 to 2015.

Veronica Harper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Rust College, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing their studies between 2013 and 2015.
