Laura Winters

Laura Winters has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laura began their professional career as a Waitress at Pannekoeken Restaurants from August 2009 to May 2012. Following that, they worked as a Research Associate at Apri Health from November 2017 to May 2018. Afterward, they joined DaVita Kidney Care as a Patient Care Technician from February 2020 to February 2021. Laura then transitioned to Secure Transfusion Services, where they served as a Training & Compliance Specialist from February 2021 to March 2022. Currently, Laura is working at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation as a Compliance Quality and Regulatory Specialist I, starting in March 2022.

Laura Winters attended Eckerd College from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Anthropology but did not complete a degree. It is unknown if they attended any other institutions during this time. In 2011, Laura attended Rochester Community and Technical College, earning a Post-Secondary degree. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Schaeffer Academy in Rochester, MN, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In terms of certifications, Laura obtained Basic Life Support Instructor certification from the American Heart Association in January 2022. In March 2021, they obtained two certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) from the American Heart Association and the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) respectively.
