Tamara J. O'Black, JD has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance, quality, and regulatory. Tamara J. has also worked as the Director of Research at St. Paul Heart Clinic from November 2006 to August 2008, where they directed operations, developed programs, and managed a team of staff members.

Earlier in their career, Tamara held the role of IRB Administrator at Park Nicollet Health Services from December 2001 to November 2006, where they directed IRB and Protocol Review Committee activities.

Tamara J. O'Black, JD received their Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they pursued their interest in Genetics at the University of California, Davis from 1990 to 1993. To further enhance their legal knowledge and skills, they attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2008 to 2011, earning a JD in Law.
