Sue Teien

Sue Teien has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sue is currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Director at the Minneapolis Jewish Federation since 2023. Previously, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at SeQuel Response from 2016 to 2021, where they served as a link between clients, internal marketing and creative teams, and managed various direct response campaigns. Prior to that, Sue spent 20 years at Thrifty White Pharmacy, where they held the role of Advertising Manager and managed all aspects of advertising, including marketing plans, design, production, and budgeting. Sue also worked as a Graphic Designer at AJ Indoor Advertising and Insty Prints, where they created advertisements and designed various business printing projects, respectively.

Sue Teien has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from Gustavus Adolphus College. Sue attended the School of Communication Arts for Graphic Design, though no specific degree is mentioned. Sue also spent one year abroad at Hvitfeldtska Gymnasiet in Gothenburg, Sweden, studying Math and Humanities. In 1993, they obtained a Certificate in Graphic Design / Communications from the School of Communication Arts.
