Douglas Loon has been the President and CEO of Minnesota Chamber of Commerce since September 2015. Prior to that, Douglas Loon held various roles at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from 1995 to August 2015, including Vice President of Regional Affairs & Advocacy and Director of Congressional & Public Affairs. Before joining the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Douglas Loon served as the Legislative Director at the United States Senate from August 1987 to August 1995. Douglas Loon completed their education at Augustana University from 1982 to 1986 and also attended the Institute for Organizational Management from 2000 to 2006.
