Morgan Nordby is a Senior Energy Efficiency Specialist at the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this role, Morgan worked as an Energy Auditor at the Center for Energy and Environment, where they completed comprehensive home energy audits, provided recommendations for energy efficiency improvements, and worked closely with Energy Counselors. Before that, Morgan served as a Youth Outdoors Crew Member at the Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa, where they led environmental education activities and conservation projects. Additionally, Morgan has experience as a Temporary Field Technician at the National Ecological Observatory Network, conducting plant surveys and data entry. Morgan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Creighton University.
