Elizabeth Arndt

Elizabeth Arndt, MBA, currently serves as the Contracts & Finance Manager-Transportation Program Supervisor in the Office of Research & Innovation at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where responsibilities include providing contractual and financial management and leading the Research & Innovation Financial & Contracting unit. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Analyst and Finance Project Manager within the Office of Financial Management, focusing on project management and the implementation of financial systems. Additionally, Elizabeth has been a licensed Zumba instructor since December 2018, promoting health and wellness through dance. Early career experience includes serving as the Finance and Administration Manager at Introworks and as an Admin/Accounting Assistant at OPS America. Elizabeth holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business from Metro State University.
