Zachary Whitley

Zachary Whitley is a professional civil engineer with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, obtained in May 2017. Currently serving as the Assistant District Traffic Engineer at the Minnesota Department of Transportation since June 2017, Zachary previously worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee within the same organization. Earlier experience includes roles as a Civil College Intern at LHB, where inspections and documentation of bridge construction were conducted, and multiple positions at Wells Concrete, including Field Supervisor Intern and Quality Control Technician, focusing on reading blueprints and performing material tests. Zachary began a career in the electrical field as an Apprentice Electrician at Whitley Electric, Inc., where skills in wiring and system diagnostics were developed over eight years.
