James Lehnhoff, MURP, has extensive experience in urban planning, housing finance, and community development. James has worked in various roles at organizations such as Minnesota Housing, CommonBond Communities, Ehlers, and Aeon, where James has led teams, managed portfolios, and developed affordable housing. James has a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Their expertise lies in affordable financing models, overseeing affordable housing construction, and housing policy planning.
