Maggie Strugala

Maggie Strugala currently serves as a Human Resources Supervisor at Minnesota Housing, overseeing the Agency HR Department's daily management in various HR areas, including classification, compensation, selection, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Maggie held several HR positions within Minnesota Housing, including Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Specialist 3, where support was provided to various divisions on recruitment, compensation, and labor relations, while also serving as Affirmative Action Officer. Maggie's earlier experience includes roles at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, where responsibilities encompassed personnel functions, advisory services, and administrative support. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design/Painting from Minneapolis College of Art and Design and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration at Metro State University.
