Dana Bartocci

Dana Bartocci has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in human resources, development, and education. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources and Development Director for the Minnesota Judicial Branch, providing strategic leadership in areas such as policy making, strategic planning, and division management. Prior to this, they worked in the Minnesota Judicial Branch 4th Judicial District, where they held roles such as Strategy and Development Senior Manager and Education, Outreach and Organization Development Manager. Dana also has experience in the University of Minnesota as an Employer Relations/Alumni Career Advisor, where they led employer relations strategic plans and maintained relationships with employers and faculty. Additionally, they have worked at the YMCA, Maslon LLP, University of Minnesota Law School, William Mitchell College of Law, and the University of Wisconsin in various education and leadership roles.

Dana Bartocci has a strong educational background. Dana obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Cultural Studies from the University of Minnesota in the years 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued further education and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School from 1998 to 2001. During the same period, they also completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Educational Administration and Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In addition to their formal education, Dana Bartocci has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills.
