Jim Fuller

Jim Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jim began their career in 2000 as a Night Computer Operator and Data Processor at Bank of American Fork. Jim then moved on to work as a General Operations employee at the same company before transitioning to the role of IT Systems Administrator. In 2009, they briefly worked as a Law Clerk at Fabian May & Anderson, PLLP. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP as an Associate Attorney, representing and advising insurance companies and financial institutions.

In 2014, Jim joined Securian Financial and held various positions, including Associate Counsel and Senior Counsel, providing legal support for the company's Business Development team and Financial Institutions Group. Jim later served as Director and then Second Vice President in the Corporate Legal Services department, overseeing M&A, corporate governance, and other corporate service areas.

In 2019, Jim became a Board Member and Corporate Secretary at Empyrean, where they currently serve. Jim also currently holds the position of Second Vice President at Securian Financial.

Jim Fuller attended the University of Minnesota Law School and obtained a JD degree with Magna Cum Laude honors. Jim completed their BA degree in Political Science at Brigham Young University. Prior to that, they earned an AS degree with a focus on History and Political Science from Utah Valley University.
