Samantha Sutton is a Senior Counsel at Securian Financial, where Samantha manages enterprise-wide litigation involving life insurance and financial products. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a Claim Attorney at Travelers, handling various liability matters, and also as an Attorney - Litigation Counsel at State Farm Insurance for over a decade. Samantha began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. after obtaining their Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2004.
