Siddharth S. Gandhi

Sid is a member of Securian Financial’s executive leadership team and leads all areas of technology, including infrastructure, application development, data strategy, digital and business technology. He also oversees our strategic planning efforts. Sid joined Securian Financial in 2010 and during his tenure his strategic planning leadership has advanced the company’s portfolio optimization, investments in new capabilities (digital, brand and innovation), and growth opportunities in new markets. He currently leads our technology transformation initiative, focused on maturing cybersecurity and technology risk management capabilities, improving productivity, and enhancing the customer and channel partner experience. Sid also serves on the board of Empyrean Benefit Solutions, an independently operated affiliate that complements our broad lineup of innovative employer solutions.
