Scott Claiborne

Scott Claiborne is an Oral-Maxillofacial, Head & Neck Surgeon with extensive experience in both clinical practice and surgical training. Currently serving at Minnesota Oral & Facial Surgery since September 2021, Scott previously held the same title at Connecticut Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Centers LLC. Scott's educational background includes advanced training in Oral/Head & Neck Oncologic and Reconstructive Surgery at North Memorial Medical Center and a residency in Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery at The University of Connecticut Health Center. Furthermore, Scott completed a General Surgery Internship at The University of Connecticut Health Center and earned a Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Connecticut School of Medicine and The University of Maryland School of Dentistry, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University. With a strong foundation in both surgical and clinical skills, Scott has participated in various externships and clerkships, focusing on complex cases in oral-maxillofacial surgery.
