Joshua Napstad

Joshua Napstad is currently serving as a Fuels Strategy & Supply Analyst at Minnesota Power since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua held positions at Austin Powder Company as a Technical Representative from July 2020 to July 2023, and at United States Steel Corporation, where roles included Drill and Blast Coordinator and Management Associate in Mine Operations from January 2012 to July 2020. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Bemidji State University between 2008 and 2011.
