Kelly Ecklind

Kelly Ecklind has over 29 years of experience at Minnesota Power, currently serving as Billing Operations Supervisor and previously held the role of Customer Care and Support Lead. Throughout the tenure at Minnesota Power, Kelly has worked in various positions including Customer Information Systems (CIS) Lead, Customer Service Training Specialist, and Customer Information Systems Specialist, contributing significantly to customer care and change management initiatives. In addition to the corporate role, Kelly has actively participated in professional organizations such as the Lake Superior Chapter ATD, serving as Co-VP Programs and holding multiple leadership positions in the ASTD Lake Superior Chapter. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Communications from Concordia University-St. Paul.
