David Velasquez

David Velasquez is currently working as an Investment Officer at Minnesota State Board of Investment since November 2021. Prior to this, David worked at NEPC, LLC from October 2015 to November 2021, starting as a Performance Analyst and later moving up to Supervisor II, Performance Analytics. Before NEPC, David worked at UPS from November 2004 to October 2015 as an Operations Clerk. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
