Eric Davis

Eric Davis currently serves as the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, providing strategic HR guidance to the Chancellor and Board of Trustees in the state's largest higher education system. With extensive experience in human resources, Davis previously held key roles including Chief of Staff and Chief Risk Officer at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where responsibilities encompassed executive leadership and enterprise risk management. Additionally, Davis contributed to the US Air Force Reserve as Deputy IMA Commander at Vandenberg Air Force Base and as National Director of Ombudsman Training, focusing on employment rights issues. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Chapman University.
