Heidi Brinkman

Heidi Brinkman, MS, RD, serves as the Operations Manager at Cigna Insurance Services, overseeing a team of 17 Lead Analysts in the implementation and service of Cigna’s incentive product since July 2013. Previously held the position of Account Install Specialist, where coordination with employer groups and partners was key to enhancing customer experience. In addition to their role at Cigna, Heidi is an Adjunct Professor of Nutrition at Minnesota State University, Mankato, designing and teaching online courses to a large student body. Since 2009, Heidi has also worked as a Studio Experience Team Associate at CorePower Yoga, ensuring studio maintenance and supporting management in operational improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Case Manager Specialist at Cigna, providing telephonic coaching on nutrition and lifestyle. Heidi holds a Master of Science in Community Health Education and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, both from Minnesota State University, Mankato and the University of Minnesota, respectively.
