Karen Anderson

Karen is happy to be ‘back’ in the Student Activities Office at MSU, Mankato, the very place that sparked her interest in a career in College Student Personnel. She advises and works with the students of the Community Engagement Office and the Campus Kitchen. Her work connects the campus to the community in meaningful ways, through one-time and ongoing service, as well as student activity events that feature a component of community engagement. She also supports faculty developing service-learning or community-based learning. In addition to her work in community engagement, her work on the University Environmental Committee and the Campus Kitchen Garden support her interest in sustainability issues.
