Megan Kauffmann

Megan Kauffmann is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in health and wellness, social work, and catering. Currently serving as a Family Resource Specialist at Minnesota Valley Action Council since December 2018, Megan has also worked as a Caterer for Chef Craig's Catering since June 2015. Prior experience includes the role of Health and Wellness Coordinator at Verizon Wireless Center MN, where Megan focused on improving employee wellness through personal training, nutrition counseling, and fitness assessments. At Wenger Physical Therapy, Megan contributed as a Physical Therapy Aide and Front Desk Specialist, assisting with patient intake and care. Additionally, Megan interned with the Minnesota Department of Health’s State Health Improvement Program, working on evidence-based health solutions. Megan holds a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Fitness from Gustavus Adolphus College.
