Dabness Atkins

Dabness Atkins currently serves as a Scouting Associate for the Minnesota Vikings, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Dabness worked as a Recruiting Assistant for UMass Football, contributing to over 40 major recruiting functions, including administrative duties related to NCAA compliance and evaluations of prospective student-athletes. A role as Venue Operations & Event Marketing Manager at Oak View Group showcased Dabness's ability to manage significant sporting events and maintain high satisfaction rates. Prior to these positions, Dabness held various roles in finance at PIMCO and Fidelity Investments and gained experience in athletics as a student-athlete in both football and track and field at the College of the Holy Cross. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sport Management from UMass Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross.
