Niddal El-Jabri

CEO at Mino Danmark

Niddal El-Jabri is the current CEO of Mino Danmark, a civil society organization that works to empower minority ethnic Danes through opportunities, voices, and community participation. El-Jabri has held this position since 2016, but their journey to becoming a powerful leader in the Danish business community began long before then.

El-Jabri's first foray into the business world was with First Purple Publishing A/S, where they served as Media Manager. In this role, they were responsible for selling advertising to the company's high-profile magazines, which included some of Denmark's top businesses and organizations. From there, they moved on to Swoop Freestyle FAI World Championships, where they worked as a partner and was responsible for realizing the commercial potential of the event.

In just three years, Swoop Freestyle went from being a small local event to an official world championship, with events taking place in some of the world's biggest cities. This success is due in large part to El-Jabri's dedication and hard work.

Now, as CEO of Mino Danmark, El-Jabri is using their skills and experience to help empower minority ethnic Danes and help them have a voice in Danish society. Under their leadership, Mino Danmark has become one of the most respected and influential civil society organizations in Denmark.
