Bhadrabhorn Songserm

Bhadrabhorn Songserm is an experienced professional in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Talent at Minor Hotels since April 2022. In this role, Bhadrabhorn is responsible for implementing technological innovations tailored to internal customers and coordinating talent management activities. Prior to this, Bhadrabhorn worked at Reeracoen Thailand as an Executive Consultant and Career Advisor Team Lead, where talent scouting and candidate matching were key responsibilities. Previous experience also includes roles at Adecco, focusing on staffing and sourcing candidates, and a brief position at McDonald's. Bhadrabhorn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kasetsart University and is pursuing a Master of Management degree in Human Capital and Organization Management at Mahidol University.
