Serge Foulon

Serge Foulon is an experienced hotel management professional currently serving as the Director of Operations for Minor Hotels since February 2018. Previously, Serge held various leadership roles at NH Hotel Group from August 2001 to February 2018, including General Director positions at NH Lyon Airport, NH Atlanta Rotterdam, and NH Atlanta Brussels, as well as Managing Director roles at NH The Lord Charles and NH Plettenberg Bay. Serge's career began with a solid academic foundation, earning a Master's degree in Hotel Management from the European Higher Education School Charles Peguy in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, between 1996 and 2000.
