Thomas Lawley

Thomas Lawley is an experienced operations and contracts manager with a strong background in the cleaning services industry. Since December 2013, Thomas has been with Minster Cleaning Services, initially serving as Contracts Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager in October 2015, where responsibilities include high-level decision-making and overseeing customer service delivery across over 170 commercial cleaning contracts in Norfolk and Suffolk. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Huntingdon Life Sciences as a Study Analyst, having advanced from a Scientific Trainee within the Product Chemistry department. Thomas holds a degree in Forensic and Crime Scene Science, as well as a master's in Forensic Toxicology by Research, both from Bournemouth University.
