Raquel Noya

Raquel Noya is the current Director of Talent at Mint House. Prior to their current position, they were a GTM Manager at Betts Recruiting from February 2017 to September 2020. In this role, they partnered with rapidly growing companies in NY and globally expanding to the U.S., working closely with CEOs and sales, marketing, customer success leaders to define and implement the right growth strategies as they scaled. Raquel also consulted with VCs and investors on market trends and growth areas. From July 2016 to December 2016, they were a Business Development Lead | Financial Services at Underground Elephant. In this role, they were also the Team Lead for Hospitality Division 2016. From July 2015 to July 2016, they were an Inside Sales Representative at the San Diego Padres and was also the Team Lead for Hospitality Division during their time there. Prior to that, they were a Guest Experience (Contract) at Royal Caribbean International from March 2015 to July 2015. Her first professional role was as Marketing & Events Lead at Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. from January 2013 to June 2014.

Raquel Noya has a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies & Human Development from the University of Arizona, and a double minor in Public Health & Spanish. Raquel also has a Spanish minor from Universidad de Alcalá. Raquel attended Cathedral Catholic High School.
