Patrick Veilleux, M.ED., HRD, and Six Sigma Certified, is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Mintahoe Catering & Events since June 2023. With a comprehensive background in employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with federal and state regulations, Patrick has held key HR positions at various organizations including Fullerton Companies, J&J Distributing, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Intercontinental Hotel, Vstar Entertainment, and Alpha Video. Education includes a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master of Law from Hamline University.
