Brendan Downey

Brendan Downey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Brendan started their career as an Accountant at Aecon Group Inc., where they developed a cash management reporting tool and was responsible for reconciling intercompany accounts. Brendan then transitioned into a Project Manager role, leading business intelligence and SAP upgrade projects. In 2013, Brendan joined Minto Group as a Revenue Analyst and quickly progressed to become a Manager, Director, and finally a Senior Director in Revenue Management and Business Transformation. Brendan continued to hold similar positions at Minto Apartment REIT. Overall, Brendan Downey has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, project management, and revenue management throughout their career.

Brendan Downey attended McMaster University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree. During their time at McMaster, they focused on studying Business Administration at the DeGroote School of Business.
