Karen van der Velden

Karen van der Velden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and home building industry. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Minto Group since 2011, Karen previously held the position of Purchasing Manager at Monarch Corporation from 2005 to 2011, where responsibilities included the procurement of trades and contract negotiations for multiple low-rise residential projects. From 1996 to 2005, Karen was the Owner/Partner of a custom home building company, overseeing the design and construction of an average of 12 custom turnkey homes annually. Karen's educational background includes studies at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
