Yat Hei Fung

Yat Hei Fung is currently working as a Market Research Analyst and Risk Analyst at Minto Group since May 2023. Previously, Yat Hei was a Research Assistant II at Hong Kong Metropolitan University where they developed methods on environmental science topics, wrote academic reports and funding proposals, and managed research resources. Yat Hei also participated in a research project related to food and environmental science. Additionally, they completed a Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics at the University of Calgary and earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Yat Hei also holds a Higher Diploma in Chemical Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
