Deborah J. Frisch

Deborah is a litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation and has advised clients in actions in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Mintz, Deborah was a litigation associate with a global law firm in New York City. In her time at the firm, she was a member of the team representing an energy company in merger agreement litigation. Deborah also worked on the team representing individuals sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole for offenses committed as juveniles in a proposed class action lawsuit against the Commissioners of the New York State Board of Parole.

Earlier, Deborah clerked for the Honorable Janet DiFiore, Chief Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals. Prior to completing her law degree, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Colleen McMahon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

In law school, Deborah was an executive board member and the senior notes editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
