Lekë Badivuku

Associate at Mintz

Lekë is a litigator whose practice encompasses complex commercial disputes, securities litigation, antitrust cases, class actions, and appellate cases. He has represented a broad range of companies and executives before state and federal courts throughout the country, both at the trial-court level and on appeal.

Lekë also maintains an active pro bono practice and has handled a variety of matters in this capacity, including a federal civil rights litigation, where he served as second chair at trial, and a federal anti-discrimination lawsuit, which was favorably settled.

Prior to joining Mintz, Lekë was a litigation associate at a global law firm, where he gained experience advising clients with respect to cross-border investigations and multinational litigation. In that role, Lekë handled a wide spectrum of litigation and alternative dispute resolution and counseled clients on government and regulatory investigations.

Lekë earned his JD from Yale Law School, where he served on the Yale Law & Policy Review and volunteered with the school’s International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP). While attending law school, Lekë served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar of the Supreme Court of California.
