Michael J. Godwin

Michael’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a variety of areas including real estate, employment, and unfair competition. He also has experience with cross-border investigations and enforcement.

Prior to joining Mintz, Michael clerked for the Honorable Andrew G. Schopler of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. During law school, he was an editor of the San Diego Law Review and a CALI award recipient.
