Satuti Aggarwal

Satuti represents public and private companies in complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Her clients include private equity funds and strategic investors across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Mintz, Satuti was an M&A associate in the New York City office of another large law firm, where she handled a wide variety of transaction-related agreements and commercial contracts, drafted due diligence materials, and collaborated with counsel in non-US jurisdictions on local legal matters.

In law school at NYU, Satuti was a digital articles editor for the Review of Law and Social Change.
