Israel de Jesús Bibiano Quero has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Israel de Jesús started their career at Pemex as a Resident in 2015. Later, Israel worked as a Intern in Engineering at ILSP Global Seguridad Privada S.A.P.I. de C.V., where they developed and executed scripts based on client requirements and conducted non-functional tests such as load and stress tests.

In 2018, Israel joined Anzen Digital as a Software Tester, responsible for executing functional, sanity, and smoke tests on the IVR system of CitiBanamex. Israel de Jesús also managed and tracked defects using the Quality Center (ALM - HP) tool.

Israel then moved to MTP Métodos y Tecnología as a Jr. Tester, where they conducted manual tests on mobile devices (iOS, Android), regression tests, and used JIRA as a defect manager. Israel de Jesús actively participated in daily meetings to discuss test progress.

In 2019, Israel worked at Profuturo as a Middle Functional Tester, where they were responsible for conducting tests on each project, analyzing documentation, designing test plans, and performing static tests.

In 2021, Israel joined IBM as a Test Specialist. In this role, they analyzed and designed test cases, worked on process improvements, and contributed to requirements definition. Currently, they work at minu as a QA Manager, overseeing the quality assurance processes.

Israel de Jesús Bibiano Quero studied at the Instituto Tecnológico de Tuxtepec from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Grado en Ingeniería in the field of Desarrollo de aplicaciones web.
