Khannan Dhandapani

Khannan Dhandapani has worked in the software quality assurance field since 2009. Khannan began their career at Cognizant India Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate, where they participated in all QA activities, including requirement analysis, test design techniques, and test execution. Khannan then moved on to Capgemini as a Consultant, where they handled a team of 8 QA members and participated in all QA activities, with an onshore experience in Singapore. In 2016, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Associate, where they worked with insurance and tech clients such as AXA, Apple Corporation, and QBE Insurance. In 2020, they became a Senior Manager - QA at ForecastEra, where they collaborated closely with development teams to deliver software releases with an ever-increasing level of quality. Khannan also established a Test Plan for testing AI-based products, and developed innovative testing strategies and streamlined processes with development activities to reduce testing redundancy and risks. Currently, they are a QA Manager at TableCheck.

Khannan Dhandapani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Food Technology from Anna University between 2005 and 2009. In addition, they hold a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance and an ISTQB certification.
