Inbal Goldberg

Inbal Goldberg has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and organizational development. Inbal is currently serving as the VP of People Experience & Growth at Minute Media since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at EY for over seven years, where they held various roles such as HR Director and Learning, Organizational Development, and Internal Communications Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for crafting HR strategies, designing employee experience journeys, fostering collaboration and innovation, and leading organizational infrastructure and leadership programs. Before joining EY, Inbal worked as an HR Business Partner Manager at EY and as a Human Resource Manager at Diligent Technologies, an IBM company. In these roles, they managed teams, provided counseling and support to managers, led recruitment processes, and played a crucial role in organizational development.

Inbal Goldberg obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Haifa from 2002 to 2006. Inbal also pursued a field of study in Strategic Consulting at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2020.
