Rhett Whittaker

Rhett Whittaker currently serves as the Director of Research at Minutemen Alternative Investment Fund since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading a training program for new Junior Analysts. Previous roles at Minutemen include Senior Analyst focusing on the Consumer sector and Junior Analyst covering Consumer Services, Industrials, and TMT sectors. Additionally, Rhett works as a Teaching Assistant at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and has experience as a Server and Bartender at UMass Catering. Rhett's professional background also includes a Business Development Intern position at Commonwealth Financial Network, where support was provided to a team of consultants in recruiting financial advisors. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Bartender at Russell Morin Catering & Events. Rhett is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, expected to graduate in December 2025.
