Carmen Chiarello, PMP, CSM

Carmen Chiarello, PMP, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Carmen is currently working at Miovision as the Director of Manufacturing Operations, starting in May 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading the transformational change from Waterfall to Agile delivery, ensuring deliverables align with goals and customer expectations, and providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Prior to Miovision, Carmen worked at LogiSense Corporation as the Director of the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) from February 2021 to July 2021. Here, they implemented a stage gate approval process, planned and executed strategic initiatives, and was responsible for project budgets and revenue targets.

Before LogiSense Corporation, Carmen held various roles at Molson Coors. Carmen worked as a Key Account Manager from June 2014 to August 2016, developing and delivering strategies for Molson Coors' largest customer. Carmen also served as a Senior Program Manager from February 2012 to June 2014, leading marketing and innovation projects.

Earlier in their career, Carmen worked at BlackBerry, where they held roles such as Technical Program Manager, Team Lead of Development Operations Program Management, and Project Manager. In these positions, they managed the implementation of applications, improved New Product Introduction (NPI) delivery cycles, and led the Change Control Board.

Carmen's career began at Bell in 2005, where they worked as a Delivery Prime for a brief period.
