Michael Duench has a strong background in sales and marketing, with over 19 years of experience in various roles. Moving forward to 2013, Michael furthered their education by completing a digital marketing certificate program at Rutgers Business School. This certification, known as Rutgers MxD1.0 Digital Marketing Certificate, provided him with valuable knowledge in the digital marketing field.

In addition to their academic achievements, Michael has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the Pavilion Frontline Manager Training offered by Pavilion. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Command of the Message from Force Management. Furthermore, in 2020, Michael completed a certification in Unconscious Bias through LinkedIn.
