Jari Pylvänen

Jari Pylvänen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, business development, and management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Business Unit Director for Rail at Mipro Oy since October 2018, Jari oversees domestic and international railway and metro signalling and traffic management operations, holding P&L responsibilities. Prior to this role, Jari was the Sales Director at Mipro, where global sales teams delivered signalling solutions. Experience includes driving sales and business development at Creanord for mobile and carrier networks, as well as various leadership positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, where responsibilities included regional sales management and developing sales strategies across multiple regions. Early career roles included engineering and research positions at Tamrock, Industrias Miró & Pedragosa, and Abloy Oy. Jari holds a Master’s degree in Production Engineering and Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology.
