Caitlin Briffel

Caitlin Briffel has extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. Caitlin is currently working as a Sales Director at MiQ since December 2022. Prior to that, Caitlin worked at Amazon as a Senior Account Executive from February 2017 to December 2022. Before joining Amazon, they were an Account Executive at Rocket Fuel Inc. from January 2015 to January 2017. Caitlin also worked at Time Inc. as an Account Executive from December 2013 to December 2014 and at USA TODAY as a Sports Digital Properties Account Manager from May 2012 to November 2013. Caitlin started their career at Octagon in January 2012 as a Digital Media professional, where they contributed to generating new client ideas, wrote sales pitches, and created presentations using software like Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Prezi. Caitlin also has experience as an Operations Intern at Iceland Airwaves from May 2011 to October 2011. Additionally, they have a background as a professional athlete, having played as a Starting Mid-fielder for Valur Football Club in Iceland's Premier League in 2011, and for the Washington Freedom in the Women's Professional Soccer league in 2010.

Caitlin Briffel pursued their education by completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/Politics from the University of Virginia, from 2006 to 2010. After that, they further enhanced their knowledge and skills by obtaining a Master of Professional Studies degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University, which they completed in the year 2013.
