Chandan Prakash

Chandan Prakash has work experience spanning several years in the software engineering field. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Micro Focus, where they held the positions of Software Development Engineer I and II. During this time, they contributed to the development of reports for events and system infrastructure, as well as worked on the NetIQ AppManager, focusing on enterprise application monitoring and fixing customer issues.

In 2019, Chandan joined MiQ as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a key role in the development of the Intelligence HUB - Discover platform. This tool, which gathers insights on customer personas, behavior, and campaign statistics, handles a large amount of data on a daily/weekly basis. Chandan was involved in designing and driving major releases, utilizing their skills in frontend and backend development, as well as working with Athena and data pipelines.

In 2022, Chandan's role at MiQ shifted to Software Development Engineer II, still within the Intelligence HUB team. Here, they worked on the discover platform used by advertising agency planners to gain pre-campaign insights. Chandan also took ownership of monitoring data pipelines and contributed to rendering new insights to the product.

Chandan Prakash completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engg., MYSORE, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School from 2010 to 2012 and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Chandan Prakash has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they obtained the "Programming Foundations: Design Patterns" certification from LinkedIn. In 2019, they obtained certifications in "Amazon Web Services: Design and Implement Systems," "Learning Amazon Web Services (AWS) for Developers," and "Learning Java" from LinkedIn.
